Location: Gurugram | Work from Office
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years
Working: 6 Days a Week | Roster-Based Week Off

What Youll Do

• Handle customer queries through chat and provide timely resolutions.
• Proactively connect with customers whenever required.
• Resolve customer concerns and social media complaints with empathy.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
• Maintain customer records and update internal systems/CRM.
• Coordinate with Delivery Partners for delivery-related concerns.
• Escalate complex or long-pending cases for faster resolution.
• Follow SOPs and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What Were Looking For

• 6 months - 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Chat Support.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 - 40 WPM preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Experience with Freshchat/Freshdesk, Google Sheets or CRM preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
