We also providetraining to our customers and ouremployees at our three state-of-the-art training centres in Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Pune.

To oversee customer service and provide speedy resolutions, we have a dedicated Customer Service Cell. Our CSC department uses custom-built CRM software to track complaints and engineers and ensurethe downtime of our equipment is minimum. • Should have good communication skills.

• Good in excel word.

• Should be a good planner self-starter.

• Should know Hindi, Telugu, Kannada English.

• Co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
