Actioning promptly on the customer complaints/requests/queries by maintaining the SLA.
Followup with internal teams to ensure the timely response to the customer case.
Excel skills required (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
Requirements:
Requires basic analytical skills
Hands on experience in CRM system under customer service and preferably experience in financial services with knowledge of loans.
