Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.
• Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and guidance.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Handle customer interactions effectively in English.
• Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Good proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work according to business and process requirements.
