Customer Support Executive

• • Customer Interaction Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and messaging apps. • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Diagnose the root cause of customer grievances, process sales returns or exchanges, and provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve problems efficiently. • Escalation Handling: Efficiently route and escalate complex technical, billing, or operational issues to senior teams or specialized departments while keeping the customer informed. • Data & CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and complaint histories in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk). • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of company products, service policies, and promotions to provide precise recommendations and guidance. • Performance Metrics Compliance: Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT). • Feedback Collection: Solicit customer feedback to help internal product and operational teams identify recurring issues and drive overall service improvement.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
