Job Role: Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to international customers through voice-based interactions. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.

* Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

* Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.

* Meet performance metrics related to productivity, call quality, and customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education: 12th Pass (PUC/10+2) or Graduate.

* Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 5+ years of relevant BPO experience can also apply.

* Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

* Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: 3.2 LPA for freshers.

* Salary: 3.5 8 LPA for candidates with relevant BPO experience.

* Performance Incentives: 25,000 30,000 annually.

* Night Shift Allowance: 200 per day for applicable shifts.

* Transportation: One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius.

* Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
