What You'll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for customers
• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Conduct pre-shipment checks and post-delivery follow-ups
• Support customer retention and upselling initiatives
