We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist clients in resolving queries and training them on our software
Youll help clients with accounting and GST-related issues and connect remotely when needed for support, Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with software-related queries (usage, accounting, GST, etc ), Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the software effectively, Use remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer to connect to clients' systems and provide real-time support, Work with the tech team to escalate and follow up on technical issues, Requirements
