Customer Support Executive

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for one of our reputed clients in Surat.

Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Surat (On-site)

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication welcome)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats from clients and candidates
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where needed
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure issues are closed and satisfaction is high
• Share timely updates on requirements, interview schedules and onboarding status
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on query volumes and resolution status

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call centre or client servicing
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM exposure is a plus)
• Patient, polite and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
