Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an empathetic, solutions-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve platform inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate recurring feedback and improve overall user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries over email, chat and phone.
• Help users navigate platform features and resolve basic issues.
• Record complaints, track resolutions and escalate technical problems.
• Maintain support documentation and FAQs.
• Share recurring user feedback with the product team.

Requirements

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Patient, service-oriented approach.
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
• Freshers may apply; support experience is preferred.
