What they need
Join an established LPG distribution business with over 40 years of experience serving domestic and commercial customers across Mumbai.
Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Timings: 9:30am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Make customer calls to gather feedback, address queries and check service quality.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
- Use email, Excel and Tally ERP for daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the existing team to ensure smooth customer service and operations.
What Were Looking For
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to read, write and converse in Hindi and Marathi.
- Good data entry skills and familiarity with email, Excel and Tally ERP, or a willingness to learn.
- Punctual, reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Salary & Growth
- Fixed monthly salary of Rs.9,000.
- Commission based incentives available. [Potential to earn upto Rs.13,000 / month]
