Blush & Bloom are partnered exclusively with a long-standing client who operate in the personal care industry. Following recent growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their UK team.

This is a varied role and is a fantastic opportunity for a Cosmetic Science graduate looking to get their foot in the door within the industry, gaining experience across sales, customer account management, technical support and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries, samples, quotations and technical documentation.

• Managing smaller customer accounts and building relationships.

• Completing customer forms and responding to product-related enquiries.

• Assisting the marketing team with organising seminars, webinars, exhibitions and events.

• Supporting general marketing activities and content.

• Updating CRM systems and supporting general sales administration.

• Occasionally attending industry events and customer meetings.

Key Requirements:

• A scientific background, ideally a degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or Life Sciences.

• A genuine passion for the cosmetics and personal care industry.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A confident, personable and proactive approach.

• Someone who enjoys variety and is keen to learn and develop.
