Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team at iPangram Digital Services LLP. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, after-sales support, AR products/digital products, delivery coordination, CRM management, and ticketing systems.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer support through various channels.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely product or service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, IT, or Communications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
