Customer Support Executive (CSE)

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will help banking customers over the phone, email, and digital tools. Instead of working at a physical bank branch, you will work remotely/digitally to help clients manage their money and choose the right banking products.

What Will You Do Every Day?

• Talk to Customers: Call assigned banking clients to build friendly, long-term relationships and guide them on digital banking tools.
• Help & Solve Issues: Answer customer questions about their accounts and solve any issues quickly and clearly.
• Sell Banking Products: Understand what customers need and recommend products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, or insurance.
• Update Records: Keep accurate notes of all customer calls and updates in the bank’s CRM software system.
• Follow Banking Rules: Make sure all sales and procedures follow official bank rules and security guidelines.

Who Can Apply?

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.).
• Note: B.Tech / B.E. graduates are not eligible.
• Experience: Freshers (0–1 year of experience).
• Languages Needed:
• Must have: Fluent English
• Must know at least one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada

Key Skills You Need

• Basic Banking Knowledge: Understanding how accounts, loans, and credit cards work.
• Great Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking and writing skills.
• Customer-First Mindset: Patient and eager to help customers with their needs.
• Computer Basics: Comfortable using computer software and digital tools.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
