Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated CSE to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to work with enterprise clients we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads via cold calls, emails, and networking
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant IT hardware solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to close deals
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT hardware industry preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of IndiaMart Portal
• Basic understanding of IT hardware (servers, storage, etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
