Job Description

PC Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Pune office. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge to handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required time.
• Maintain customer records and update details in company systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
• Basic typing and data entry skills.
