Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat regarding car-related products and services.
• Assist customers with queries related to new/used cars, car listings, test drives, bookings, and other services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding leads, inquiries, bookings, test drives, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealerships, and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide customers with relevant information about car models, pricing, offers, financing, insurance, and dealership-related services.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Meet assigned customer service, response-time, and resolution targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while following company policies and processes.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams for process improvement.
