Job Description

ECOMMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and chat support.
• Assist customers with order-related queries, returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, and courier partners.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Email.
• Good typing speed and computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Customer Support or eCommerce.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub is an advantage.
