What they need
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and sales-related queries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and sales requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments for customer requests.
Maintain customer details, enquiry status, and follow-up records.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with clients/customers regarding product and service-related requirements.
Support the sales team in achieving customer service and sales objectives.
Communicate with North Indian customers/clients, so Hindi communication is mandatory.
Requirements
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with Customer Support / Sales Support / Telecalling / Banking / Finance experience can apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
