Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an inbound voice process. The selected candidates will handle incoming customer calls, understand their queries, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Experienced candidates should have minimum 6 months BPO experience with proper documentation.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Good communication skills.
• Communication skill level 4+ preferred.
• Original 12th Marksheet required at the time of joining.

Shift Details

• Shift Duration: 9 hours
• Working Window: 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts as required.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, confidence, patience, and a service-oriented approach. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
