*Role Overview*
* Designation: Customer Support Executive
* Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
* Location: Pune (In-Office)
* Up to ₹32.5 CTC/month + Performance Incentives
* Rotational Shifts (5.5 Days Working)
* Company-provided Cab Facility available
* Open to both Undergraduates & Graduates.
Eligibility
✅ Minimum **1 year of experience** in an International Voice & Chat Process
✅ **Seller Support experience is mandatory** (from any industry/domain)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
✅ Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
