Job Overview

ROUTE39 Mobility is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer support calls, sales calls, customer queries, follow-ups, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.

This is a work-from-office position based in Koramangala, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer support calls.
• Handle sales calls and explain ROUTE39 services, offers, packages, and products to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with drivers/captains and the operations team to resolve ride-related concerns.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
• Record customer interactions, complaints, leads, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
• Escalate important customer issues to the concerned team.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer support targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Requirements

• Any Degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, CRM, and Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Koramangala, Bangalore.

Salary & Growth
