Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records and operational trackers.
• Coordinate daily training sessions with candidates and trainers.
• Track daily attendance and candidate participation.
• Communicate training schedules, updates, and important instructions.
• Handle candidate queries and coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate assessments and maintain performance records.
• Track registration fees and pending payments.
• Coordinate interview opportunities for eligible candidates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.

Key Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with candidate data and trackers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,548.91 - ₹21,000.00 per month
