Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver timely resolutions. This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong English and Hindi communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.
• Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Provide customer support in English and Hindi.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain customer service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above.
• Experience: 0–5 years.
• Age: 18–30 years.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• BPO experience is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-handling abilities.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
