Job Overview:
Evolution Technologies is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support
Executive with excellent English-speaking and communication skills. The candidate will be
responsible for handling customer interactions, order confirmations, and CRM software
management.

Key Responsibilities:
● Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
● Handle Non-Delivery Report (NDR) call confirmations.
● Provide customer support and resolve queries related to orders and services.
● Manage and update customer information in the CRM software.|
● Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
● Strong English-speaking and communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of CRM software (training will be provided if necessary).
● Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
● Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
● Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
