About the Role

Suroskie is looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
• Resolve queries related to orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and products.
• Track and coordinate orders, cancellations, returns, and RTO/NDR cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/support systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet defined customer service and response-time targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Telecalling.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and customer support tools.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
