Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Position: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Process: Korean Air – Voice Process
Process Type: Inbound & Outbound
Shift: 1st Shift / Morning
Working Days: 6 Days
Weekly Off: 1 Fixed/Rotational Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with airline-related queries and requests.
• Handle booking, ticketing, cancellation, rebooking and other customer-service queries.
• Resolve customer concerns through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Use ticketing, reservation, CRM or airline-related systems as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process.
• Airline or Travel BPO experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle real-time customer situations professionally.
• Knowledge of ticketing/reservation systems.
• Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/GDS will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 fixed/rotational weekly off.
• Comfortable working in the 1st/morning shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
