Customer Support Executive (CSE)

About the role

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join the ZoraMeeto team. The selected candidates will communicate with users through chat and calls and help them with their questions, issues, and app-related concerns.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through chat, messages, and phone calls.
• Assist users with account-related and app-related issues.
• Explain ZoraMeeto features and services to users.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support requests.
• Escalate technical, safety, or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
• Collect customer feedback and share important feedback with the product team.
• Follow company privacy, safety, and communication guidelines.

Requirements and qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic/good English communication is preferred.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous BPO, telecalling, or customer support experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
