Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Kannada Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and professional individuals to handle incoming enquiry calls from Rapido Captains. The candidate will be responsible for understanding driver concerns, providing accurate information, assisting with app-related queries, and ensuring a positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from Rapido drivers regarding their enquiries and concerns.

* Assist drivers with app-related issues, login problems, account activation, and registration queries.

* Provide information regarding ride requests, trip status, earnings, payments, and incentives, as per the available guidelines.

* Understand driver complaints and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Required Skills

* Good verbal communication skills in Kannada

* Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Language: Good communication in Kannada
