Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are 'Aadishwar Food Products'. We are expanding our operations to V774+3FR, Khekra, Hasanpur Masuri, Uttar Pradesh 250101. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly 'Customer Support Executive' to handle customer inquiries and ensure effective communication between clients and the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for order updates
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery status

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female or Male
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers can apply)
• Language: Basic English (Preferred), Hindi required

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Polite and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
