Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Key Skills & Requirements

• Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Service, Client Support, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong Communication Skills, Customer Handling, Customer Query Resolution, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Technical Support, IT Support, SaaS Support, Software Support, or Helpdesk Support
• Knowledge of CPaaS, Cloud Telephony, IVR, WhatsApp Business API, SMS API, Voice API, and API Integration is preferred
• Technical Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving, Issue Resolution, and Ticket Management
• Experience with CRM Software, Ticketing Systems, Helpdesk Tools, and Customer Support Platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge of Cloud Communications, Customer Support, Incident Management, and Technical Issue Resolution is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
