We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Customer Support Officer – International Voice Process (UK Banking) with Emphasis, Bangalore.Job Details

• Position: Customer Support Officer

• Experience: Freshers (L1) / Minimum 6 months and above (L2)
• Location: 1st Floor, Wing A, Bagmane World Technology Center, WTC 3, KR Puram, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Mahadevapura, Bangalore – 560048, India
• Work Model: Work from Office
• Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Weekly Offs: Rotational week-offs
• Qualification: Minimum 12th / PUC pass or eligible undergraduate candidates
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates currently serving a notice period of 0–15 days may also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills.
• International voice process experience preferred for L2 candidates, preferably in UK banking.
• All required educational documents must be available.
• Open schooling and open university qualifications are not accepted.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
