Job Title: Customer Support Executive (KYC & Onboarding)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, guiding them through product details, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring complete compliance through KYC document collection and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat to build strong relationships and address inquiries.
• Product Explanation: Clear and articulate explanation of product features, benefits, and offerings to guide customers effectively.
• KYC Document Collection: Collect, manage, and verify required Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and compliance documents from customers.
• Verification & Compliance: Authenticate document details for accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• CRM Management: Promptly upload verified records, update lead status, and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM database.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
