What they need
This is an inbound customer service Voice Process where agents resolve customer queries over the phone related to healthcare.
Must know language English + Bengali OR Hindi OR Assamese.
Qualification : 10+3 years diploma/ 12th / Graduate
For Male: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
For Female: Day Rotational shift between 6 AM - 8 PM; any 9-hour shift
5 days working & 2 rotational offs
Fresher: 21186 in-hand salary; NO CTC (for those who don't have UAN)
Experience (12M +) - 3.6 LPA CTC & 24500 in hand
less than 12 months ; Have UAN Number - 21196 in hand & 3.2 LPA CTC
