The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services to achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Promote products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and relationship building.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Sales will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
