Role & responsibilities
- Call Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries (inbound) or dial out for verification
- Problem Solving: Listen closely to client complaints and offer clear, accurate fixes.
- Script Adherence: Follow company guidelines and approved talk tracks while keeping a polite tone.
Preferred candidate profile ELIGIBILITY:
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Eligible for Freshers
- comfortable working for night Shifts.

- Only immediate joiners
- Graduation/12th pass is eligible
