We are looking for Customer Support Executives with good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat & CRM.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with product/service-related queries.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow up when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
