Customer Support Executive- Freshers

• Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Respond to customer requests through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support and guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and queries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills

• Fresh graduate with good English communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer query handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools and systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
