Customer Support Executive in Mohali

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Record and maintain customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/helpdesk system.
