Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join an international chat support process in the BFSI/financial services domain. The role involves assisting customers through chat, addressing service-related queries, and providing accurate information while following established process and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance for customer concerns.
• Support customers with account, transaction, and service-related queries.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
• Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
• Document customer interactions and update information as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BFSI or BPO process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Candidates available to join on or around 28 September 2026 are preferred.
