Customer Support Executive - International process

We are at Teleperformance hiring for Customer support executive role -international process .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to international clients through various channels such as chat, email, and blended processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work on international non-voice processes for leading MNCs (Multiple Non-Voice Channels).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Salary Upto 30 k
