Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as

Customer Support Agents. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service,

handling queries efficiently, and acting as a brand ambassador through every customer

interaction, particularly with Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via emails, or chat
• Handle customer queries related to products
• Assist customers with product usage, availability, and distribution queries
• Research and identify solutions, including locating retailers online when required
• Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging interactions
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer cases
• Identify potential quality issues and escalate cases when necessary
• Adhere to processes related to returns, escalations, and compensation
