We're hiring | Customer Support Executive

Location**: Mohali**

Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs

Shifts**: Rotational shifts (includes night shifts)**

CTC: 21,000 - 23,000 in hand (plus Incentives)

Undergraduates/ Graduate Freshers can also apply

Immediate Joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and email
• Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
• Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions
• Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

Requirements:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions
• BPO domain knowledge and customer service experience preferred
