A Customer Service Executive (CSE) in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) handles client inquiries, resolves loan or account issues, and supports financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding loan applications, repayments, account statements, and interest rates.
• Loan & Process Assistance: Guide clients through onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and disbursement updates as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) norms.
• Complaint Resolution: Address payment failures, billing errors, or service delays professionally within fixed timelines.
• Data Management: Log customer interactions, update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and prepare daily support logs.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of background in customer service, banking, fintech, or financial services/NBFCs. (Freshers can also apply)
• Skills: Strong verbal communication in local languages and English, active problem-solving, and basic computer literacy (MS Office).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
