Customer Support Executive – Non Voice Process

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Konkani.

Job responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally over inbound or outbound calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the company system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet process quality, attendance and productivity requirements.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Eligibility

• Undergraduates and graduates may apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Malayalam
• Konkani
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Candidates must clear the company’s communication assessment with the required score.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a six-day working week.

Work location

Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka

This is a work-from-office position.

Working schedule

• Six days working
• One rotational weekly off
• Nine-hour rotational shift
• Available shift window: 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM
• Actual shift allocation will depend on process requirements and company transport and safety policies.

Salary

Tamil, Telugu and Konkani candidates

• Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
• Approximate monthly take-home salary: ₹16,000

Malayalam candidates

• Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
• Approximate monthly take-home salary: ₹16,000
• Additional Malayalam language allowance: ₹1,800 per month
