• Assist customers with product shipping, delivery timelines, exchanges, returns, and related queries.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting process requirements.

• Good English communication skills.

• Typing speed: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Customer centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
