Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an outbound calling process with a leading brand/company in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and prior experience in calling/customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and handle queries professionally.
• Communicate with customers in fluent English.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and achieve process-related targets.
• Follow up with customers as required and maintain proper call records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an outbound/inbound calling process.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working from the Noida Sector 63 location.
