Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service level targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresher to 6 months of experience in Customer Service / BPO / Customer Support
Undergraduates and Graduates can apply
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
Must be comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts
Should be willing to work WFH or WFO as per business/batch requirements
Versant Level 5 proficiency preferred
