Respond to customer queries regarding plans, inquiries about product and services.
Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.
Exhibit politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product and services related to a product.
Possess required amount of technical knowledge to solve client problems regarding technical issues.
