We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Regional Language Process in Baner, Pune. Candidates with good communication skills and proficiency in any of the required languages can apply.

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in the assigned regional language.
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Follow the assigned process and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Coordinate with the relevant team whenever required.
• Meet the required performance and quality standards.
• Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one of the required regional languages is mandatory.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
• Candidates should be comfortable working according to the assigned process requirements.

Required Languages

Candidates proficient in any one or more of the following languages can apply:

Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Punjabi, and Tamil.
